Orders received before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12 noon will be dispatched the next day. This applies Monday to Friday. Orders received after 12 noon Friday and during Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched Monday.
Items sent overseas may be subject to delay due to customs clearance.
There will be a delay in dispatch during Bank Holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Year. Plus items may take a little longer during peak times due to volume on the run up to Christmas.
Lucy Nagle Designs accepts most major credit cards via Paypal or Stripe. All credit card and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We cannot be liable for any delay caused by refusal of payment.
Conformity of goods
Lucy Nagle Designs takes care that its descriptions and images are as accurate as possible but we cannot accept responsibility due to colour variation caused by technical limitations, monitor colour, and contrasts and due to the nature of cashmere being a natural product, slight variation in colour and texture may occur.

Returning a Product for refund.
Should you wish to return an item purchased at full price, we are happy to offer a full refund or an exchange if you prefer. Please send the item back to us in the same condition you received it with all it's tags still attached. Please note we only offer a full refund on full priced items.

Returning a SALE Product for exchange or refund
Should you wish to return a SALE item, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note. Please contact us first at email@example.com and we will let you know how to proceed. The items should be returned within: 14 days of receipt. All returns must be in perfect, unused condition with their original packaging. We do not accept returns for items damaged or not in original packaging.
Postage is at buyers cost. Please keep receipt as proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
Returning a product if damaged or defective
We are sorry in the unlikely event that the item you receive is defective or damaged in transit. The fault should be apparent straight away or after initial use. Please contact us within 5 days to let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org. A fault is classed as a defect in the appearance or function. Once goods are received, we will process a refund or have the item replaced. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that if an item is deemed not to be defective, the terms for refunds and exchanges will apply.
