Christmas Gifting: We have extended our standard returns policy over the festive season. Gifts may be returned for an exchange, refund or a credit note up until 10th January 2025

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you would like to return an item, we are happy to offer you a refund within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item(s) must be in new, unused and unworn condition with all tags attached.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges. If you would like to swap an item, then you would need to return this for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.

Returns outside of Ireland:

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover returns from outside of Ireland. All returns must be arranged back to our Warehouse address. Please email customer care for the returns address: hello@lucynagle.com

Please send your items by Post or Courier. We recommend using a traceable service as we can't be responsible for lost items.
