SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday - Friday and 48 hours Saturday and Sunday


Your items may take a little longer during the busy seasons such as Bank Holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Year. 

 

International Shipping

UK Shipping is charged from €12 and sent via DPD

When orders shipped to the UK reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays. Any customs duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We are delighted to offer our customers from the UK fast delivery courier options, costing €12 for this service. 
Customers from the United Kingdom can expect delivery of their orders within 2 to 4 days. Customers in city destinations may receive their parcels swifter than customers from rural areas

Orders for our customers based outside of the EU can be processed through the website, and VAT has been removed from the cost of the items for our UK customers

Tax and duty charges are country specific and not something we are able to advise on in advance at present. These will be charged by the customs in the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Normally the courier company will contact you for payment of any duty or tax payable and the recipient will be responsible for arranging payment prior to the delivery of goods.

If the payment is not made promptly then the courier will return the goods to Lucy Nagle Designs and we will be unable to reimburse the delivery or the return costs. It is therefore very important that overseas buyers supply accurate contact details so the courier company can make contact without problem

Recipients are notified by email or text, with a web link to pay by card or PayPal. Payment must be made online before delivery is attempted

Delivery can take up to 10 days to European countries and 15 days for Rest of World. 

We charge up to €30.00 on purchases dispatched to Europe and Rest of World - the rate is calculated at the point of purchase.

We use DPD registered courier service. For all parcels dispatched using DPD, the customer will receive a dispatch notification via the email address attached to the order to confirm the goods have been dispatched along with a track and trace number. You can check the status of your order on www.dpd.ie
